Key Retrieval

You can either provide me with a key which makes my life a lot easier when it comes to stopping by for your fur baby. The other alternative would be to provide a pad lock with a key inside.

Cancellation Fee

I allow my clients the flexibility to change their walking schedule weekly, however those clients that receive on average 2 or more walks in an invoicing period must provide me with notice in advance if you need to cancel. In the event advanced notice is not given, you’ll be charged the full price of that walk for your time slot.

Key Policy

I require a copy of all of my clients keys to gain access to the pet that I will be providing services to. For my daily dog walking clients I require a copy of your key to be held onto at all times. My pet sitting clients may ask me to hold onto a copy of your house key, or you can be responsible in getting me a key before every service scheduled.

After our initial consultation, in the event I am required to meet with you to obtain a set of keys a $10 key retrieval fee will be charged, as well as any visits requiring me to return the key to you.

Payment

Payments are due on a weekly basis. Whichever day of the week that I have finished completing the service for you, I expect to receive a payment. I accept all payments through Venmo which makes both of our lives easier.
